Abstract
In the paper a model for the three-dimensional substorm current system producing low-latitude Pi2 pulsations has been constructed. This model can simulate the Pi2 waveforms and polarizations' recorded on the Earth surface at different latitude and longitude, and explain the relationship between Pi2 pulsation and substorm current system quantitatively,comparing with observation of low-latitude multistations.
