ANALYSIS ON THE LAW AND TREND OF AIR TEMPERATURE IN TONG-LIAO CITY

This paper analyzed the law and trend of air temperature in Tongliao city by using polynomial simulation and R/S method.The results showed that: In the past 40 years,four seasonal average air temperature and annual mean temperature were increasing trend,especially winter,The seasonal and annual mean maximum and minimum temperature in recent 40 years were also on the rise,and the seasonal and annual mean minimum temperature rise more obvious than average annual and seasonal maximum temperature.The R/S analysis showed that Autumn and Winter mean temperature and the annual average temperature still are ascendant trend and continue for a long time,but Spring and Summer mean temperature rising trend is not obvious.Spring and winter mean minimum temperature rising trend is obvious than Autumn and Summer;Spring and Summer mean maximum temperature rising trend is irregular.
