On the Choice Legitimacy Way of the Chinese Communist Party

Abstract

Party of China has formed the legitimacy of different modes in different historical periods.This paper mainly uses historical method from the politics angle to analysis the choice legitimacy way of the CCP in the revolutionary time,the socialist construction time as well as the reform and open policy.This paper explains its advantages and disadvantages.This paper also points out that the CCP faces with new questions in the new situation.The ruling party also must keeps pace with the times to carry on the institutional innovation and continuously promotes the legitimacy of the ruling.
