Abstract

Purpose 57 cases of nasal polyp and chronic sinusitis and received endoscopic sinus surgery.The 3 patters are included in surgical.Procedures 1.Surgery of the oestiomeatal complex.2.Intransal radical ethmoidectomy and/or ethmosphenoidectomy.3.Coldmell-luc's operation being partly used as an auxillary procedure.Results 45 cases were cured(78.9%),9 cases were improved(15.8%) and the total effective rate was 94.7%.Result endoscopic sinus surgery is an effective method in cure of nasal polyp and chronic sinusitis.
