Abstract

China is soon to enter the WTO. By the “Global Financial Service Agreement”,China will open wider to the outside world in banking. That China's Joining the WTO will benefit its banking in various ways and help the innovation and development of China's banking, it also presents a series of problems. Therefore, we must make sure about the present situation, the problems and take necessary precautions to ensure the steady development of China's banking.
