Chronic hepatitis B and liver cirrhosis treat with medical instrument of DSG type I for hepatic diseases

Objective To study the efficacy of the medical instrument of DSG type I for hepatic diseases on chronic hepatitis type B and liver cirrhosis.Methods 129 cases with chronic hepatitis type B and Liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups:patients in the control group were treated with traditional medication,while patients in the treatment group were treated with medical instrument for hepatic diseases of DSG type I as well as medication.Parameters related to liver function,hepatic fibrosis,T cell and some interleukins(IL-2?IL-6?IL-8)were determined.Results After treatment,the total cure rate of the patients in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P0.05),The levels of serum ALT,total bilirubin reduced markedly,however,the levels of serum albumin,and the ratio of A/G,T4 /T8 increased markedly,whereas the levels of IL-2,IL-6,IL-8 reduced significantly.Conclusion Medical instrument on hepatic diseases of DSG type I seems to be effective in treating chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis,which improves liver function,reduces the marks related to fibrosis and serum IL-2,IL-6 and IL-8.
