Abstract

Bill public summons for exhortation is one of remedial measures of bill loss.At present,the institution of bill public summons for exhortation of our country has great room for improvement.This paper discusses the institution from the aspects of term-calculation of public summons,obligee's guarantee or bill drawing and legal effect of bill transfer in the term,which are all waiting for further perfecting.
