Abstract

A good Trichoderma isolate T05-049 was isolated and screened by dual-culture,tolerate test and antagonistic spectrum methods. The isolate T05-049 strongly antagonised Rhizoctonia solani, had an extensive antagonistic spectrum and could grow well under pH4,9 and 10 as well as at 5,10 and 35℃ in the cultural medium containing 0.01,0.1 and 1 mg/L of carbendazim.
