The Industrial Integration of the Yangtze River Delta Area against the Background of the Similar Industrial Structure

With the index of industrial similarity and location quotient of the Yangtze River Delta,this paper analyzes the degree of similarity and the evolution of industries of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai from 1999 to 2009,and studies its influence to the development of the leading industries there.Then based on the theoretical explanation,this paper explains the relationship between the high similarity of industrial structure and industrial integration of the Yangtze River Delta.Finally,we raise the strategies for the industrial integration of the Yangtze River Delta against the background of the similar industrial structure.
