In response the lack of the ability of aerial electronic warfare in ocean fleet,the thesis proposed the important significance in developing carrier electronic warfare helicopter.It analysised foreign equipments and discussed the tactics which carrier electronic warfare helicopter used in disturbing anti-ship missile of “people in loop” control and guide type.
