Abstract
According to load conditions of exchange electric arc furnace electrical characteristics of arc in reality, this paper establishes the model of exchange arc nonlinear time-varying impedance. This model considers the control parameters about electric arc furnace, line of different stages right arc smelting impedance. By PID algorithm model of the EAF, it shows simulation results of the model and algorithm for EAF in the actual conditions in order to guiding the engineering practice.
