Abstract
[Objective]To establish a simple and fast and practical method for determination of urinary lead.[Methods]Urine was diluted by using mixed matrix modifier, then directly molybdenum-coated pyrolytic graphite tube graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry method(GFAAS) was adopted for the determination of lead content.[Results] The urinary lead content was linear in the range of 0-100 μg/L,and the correlation coefficient was 0.998.The relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.314%-1.447%.The detection limit was 5 μg/L,recoveries were 98.07%-111.5%.[Conclusion]The method is simple and rapid, accurate and reliable, with safe environmental protection, and suitable for the determination of lead in urine.
