Abstract

Objective:To explore the rhubarb-assisted clinical effects on severe acute pancreatitis patients.Methods:90 cases of patients with severe acute pancreatitis were divided into two groups, each group of 45 cases.Control group was given the conventional treatment, the observation group was given rhubarb soaking liquid gastric tube injection therapy on the bases of conventional treatment options. Results:Early efficiency comparison showed that observation group which had 80.0% was higher than that in the control group which had 66.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The observation group reduced the rates of surgical intervention and death, had a significant effect in improving clinical symptoms and intra-abdominal pressure. Conclusion:The rhubarb adjuvant treatment of severe acute pancreatitis is conducive to the improvement of clinical symptoms, early to reduce the intra-abdominal pressure, improve the patient's overall treatment effect.
