Abstract

Objective:To measure the concentration of fluoride at d if ferent time after acid.Evaluate the effect on anti-acid solubility of Sodium flu oride solution contained Calcium.Methods:75 premolars were selected and random divided into three groups. One group served as an untreated control (de-ionic group).Other groups contained same fluoride were 0.5% NaF and 0.5% NaF+2% CaCl 2.After 8 hour, measure the concentration of fluoride in lact ic acid gel at 1,3,7,14,36 hour. Results:The two groups , which contained fluoride, showed significantly more fluoride ion than the non-f luoride group at different time, especially the group of 0.5% NaF+2% CaCl 2 ( P 0.001).Conclusions:Fluoride solution in this experimen t can prevent enamel from acid solubility, Calcium can enhance the time of fluor ide treating, increase acid-resisted and reduce the demineralization effectively .
