Abstract
This article proposes an improved scheme of CRL. The scheme improves the CRL structure, and it can save a lot of time that thecertificate user looks for the revocative certificate. The bisearch algorithm which is used in the scheme is mature and efficient, and the scheme iseasy to be realized.
