Abstract
According to the second land survey programme requirements,the second survey of the land only to take the land survey 、 land-use changes and land ownership and changes .Do not include the related to land survey. Through the Agricultural Land Classification results will be applied to the second land survey,survey the conditions of the land can carry out exploration. Through the land information and land quality,the combination of the overall land use planning revision,designated basic farmland,the balance of management,land development and consolidation planning,land consolidation project evaluation to provide technical support,then leading to Both of land quantity and quality management.
