Abstract

Several measure methods of angular acceleration,including linear accelerometers method,flowing voltage method,piezoelectricity crystal method,strain gauge method were presented.Design scheme,basic principles,characteristics and applications of several angular acceleration sensors were briefly introduced.Some problems presented in the research of domestic angular acceleration sensor were put forward.
