Abstract

In any educational institution exist some drawbacks, which result in the rigidity of educational order, and hinder the free development of human being. Overcoming the drawbacks in the educational institution depends on innovation of the educational institution, whose route includes innovation of the educational institution led by the government; innovation of the educational institution determined by the school itself and innovation of the educational institution in the educational practice.
