Abstract

IP QoS is both one of the focal points of current network fundamental research and key technology of future IP network development. This article points out the deficiency of existing IP network. Then it introduces the principle, mechanism and working process of MPLS. Finally it gives a detailed explanation of the implementation of QoS based on MPLS.
