Abstract

As a traditional herb,Hypericum perforatum L.attracts pepole's attention more and more because of its notable pharmacological function and clinic application.Reviewed the main chemical components of Hypericum perforatum L.,including naphtodianthrones,phloroglucinols,and flavonoids,summarized recent research on their separation and purification techniques,and reviewed their HPLC determination methods.
