Abstract
The problems of the traditional opinion of good faith and the research of that in modern times are hot topics nowadays. The paper explains traditional opinion of good faith in 3 aspects: the formation of the good faith, the development of good faith, and the characteristics of good faith, and analyses the cultivation of good faith, nowadays.
