Abstract

The system is based on B/S structure,and application of ASP.NET three-tier design patterns,as well as SQL Sever combined with ADO.NET database technology for development.It achieved phase joining process management and intelligent assessment rate function and powerful query and improved the system of data security and responsiveness.This system works well after putting into use,greatly improving the efficiency of party-building work of colleges and universities.
