Abstract
With the quick development of modern basketball,the attack - defense and antagonism become more and more intense,so the basketball athletes' physical qualities are highlight in basketball matches. As the core of fast break and rebounds,the physical qualities of forwards/strikers have direct relation with successful application of basketball technologies and strategies. Taking scientific training as the guiding ideology, taking exercise physiology and athletic training theory as basis, considering each basketball athlete' s function and the feature of basketball technologies and strategies, the author proposed the practical training tactics and methods of the basketball athletes' physical qualities in order to offer useful references to coaches, athletes and fans of basketball.
