Structure of university teaching and research team and its optimization strategies

The college teaching and research team is a strict structure,including three elements,the team unit is the teaching and research staff,the team model is co-operation and mode of operation of the teaching and research team,the team environment is the atmosphere,consciousness and culture of the teaching and research. The current teaching and research team structure exists many problems,team units scattered and the capacity varying,the mechanical operation mode is single,the team environment can not meet the need,which instigate many team were not in fact. Therefore,we must take measures to enhance the team unit,improve the teamwork model,and improve the team environments of the teaching and research team.
