On the National Assimilation and Identity

In the formation of a nationality, the assimilation between different ethnic groups or among the members of one ethnic group and their identity are the most important and basic factors. The former is closely related to the unity, fusion, disappearance of different ethnic groups and to their contradictions and conflicts. The latter is closely related to the ethnic feelings, psychology, consciousness, identity, policies and legislation. This assimilation is related to its identity but they are different or even the opposite of each other, which causes unbalanced development and ethnic contradictions or complicated ethnic problems.
