Abstract

This thesis, by analyzing the meaning of civilization and savage, concludes that civilization, which is the opposite of savage and is connected with beauty and ugliness, is the life-style of human being. Political civilization is the civilized politics, which is the politics of ruling by law, combining democracy with science and having civilized political action.
