Abstract

According to analysis of hydrocarbon generation, migrate system and high-quality reservoir distribution, this paper describes characteristics of oil and gas accumulation in Laizhouwan sag. The tectonic evolution controls distribution of hydrocarbon source rocks in Laizhouwan area. Late strike-slip dominates hydrocarbon migration and accumulation of active structure belt. The vertical has more potential migration and accumulation as high pressure compound T-P systems developed in the main stages of hydrocarbon accumulation in Laizhouwan sag. High-quality reservoir controls reservoir enrichment. KL10-11 composite oil and gas accumulation area, and the eastern strike-slip zone are the main areas for the next step exploration. Southwest central area of Laizhou bay sag is the later succeeding exploration area.
