Abstract

The human resource management planning of libraries under network environment is dynamic. The analysis of human resource demand and supply is the foundation of human resource management dynamic planning of libraries. The dynamic planning is a dynamic and successive process, with concrete contents mainly as the following 2 aspects: one is human resource planning, which is made up of overall planning and professional human resource planning; the other one is the establishment of a human resource information system.
