Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of antithrombin-Ⅲ detection concentration and the severity of cirrhosis. Methods From our hospital between January 2012 to July 2013,60 liver cirrhosis patients were included into this study. All 60 cases were randomly selected as the observation group. The other 30 cases from the same period in our hospital for medical examination of health personnel were randomly selected as the control group. The plasma antithrombin-Ⅲ concentration in all these cases were detected. These results were analyzed and compared. Results The antithrombin-Ⅲ in cirrhosis patients were significantly lower than in healthy persons( P 0. 05). The lower level of antithrombin-Ⅲ is in these patients, the more serious condition( P 0. 05). Conclusion The detection of antithrombin-Ⅲ level in patients with liver cirrhosis is directly related to the severity of clinical. The antithrombin-Ⅲ detection level can be used to judge the patient's condition and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
