Abstract

People may have many diseases because of lacking of selenium. Tea can improve men's selenium nutrition that drinking it often.Above 90 percent of selenium in tea is organic.The content of selenium in tea varies with tea varieties and selenium content of soil.The authors discuss the characters of selenium nutrition in tea to provide theoretical foundation for exploitation of selenium-enriched.
