Job-transfer Training and Clinical Training Experience of General Practitioners

Through job-transfer training and clinical training experience of the general practitioners,according to some problems,this paper proposes to adhere to the principle of applying their knowledge to practice and responsibility on people's health,strengthen the standardized management,correctly deal with some relations,and cultivate qualified general practitioners to adapt to China's community health service needs.
