Han Fei′s Thought of Rule of Law and Its Realistic Significance

Abstract

Han Fei is an important thinker,collection legalist in late stage of Warring States.He established theory of combination of law,skill,tendency which has very tremendous influence to later generation.Through introduction of his thought of rule of law,this article showes that we can draw lessons from his thought which is beneficial to construct the country under rule of law in China nowadays.
