On the Division of Different Levels Government Function in China

The problem of and responsibility is designed same is very common in different levels of our government.The key to break up this structure is to re-orientates the government function which are mainly related to the division of government and market,also related to the division among different levels governments.The division of government function should be changed according to the rule not provisionally in market system and we should consider the circumstance of transformation and development under which to define the four function of our government in new period.the four principles of division should be followed :management content matches to government capability;benefit corresponds to burden;affair and finance are uniform;make decision according to the situation .Based on these factors,to define our government function in different levels.
