Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the level of blood lipid Sijing region and the lipid profile status,hyperlipidemia Sijing explore the incidence and age and blood hyperlipidemia and atherogenic index(AIP)level relations.and provide an objective basis for prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia.METHODS To collect in April 2010 to dec.8 098 cases in our hospital medical personnel and determined the information(TG),triglyceride total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL -C),calculated the come hdl -c,AIP;And according to different age groups,will each was analyzed. RESULTS The highest levels of TC men 4.83 mmol/L,women 5.24 mmol/L,high-level aged 61 to 70 years;TG highest level of men 2.02mmol/L,women 1.67 mmol/L,aged 41 to 70 years;HDL-C level of the lowest 1.12 mmol/L,of all ages are at the right level;LDL-C up to men 2.36 mmol/L,women 2.47 mmol/L,aged 31 to 70 years old.Healthy abnormal incidence of hyperlipoproteinemia for TC 38.89%,TG 32.21%,HDL-C 24.92%,LDL-C 5.09%.CONCLUSION Healthy TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C levels were significantly higher than the overall 2002 China Nutrition and Health Survey lipid levels in the population.Abnormal lipid profile with high TC accounted for first,followed by TG,HDL-C,LDL-C.The incidence of high TG hyperlipidemia(32.21%)incidence of hyperlipidemia with high TC(38.49%)are very similar,should pay attention to high TG hyperlipidemia control.
