Abstract
The MAE technology has been studied for the extraction of total flavone glycosides in leaves of Ginkgo.Microwave-assisted extraction for total flavone glycosides in leaves of Ginkgo was done by using water as the solvent, and compared with water extraction method. The results showed the yield of total flavonoids was increased by 1.7 times, and times of extraction was geatly shorten. And experimental factors, such as ratio of solidto solvent(g/mL),microwave power, irradiation time and water extraction time were investigated. The reasonable technological conditions were as followed:ratio of solidto solvent (g/mL) was 1∶30,microwave power was 600W,microwave irradiation time was 20 min,and water extraction time was 3 h.
