A Research on Extracurricular Sports Activities of Undergraduates in Henan Province and its Influencing Factor

An Investigation on the extracurricular sports activities of undergraduates in Henan province demonstrates,college students in Henan province have a tendency of pursuing health,entertainment and association;their favorite activities are basketball,jogging,table-tennis and so on;students often do sports in stadiums or vacant lot on campus;only 34% students frequently participate in the extracurricular sports;the primary factors restricting their participation in activities are place,equipments,time,organization and management,their awareness and ability of autonomous exercising.
