Abstract
The extraction of natural red pigment was studied.Single factor test and orthogonal experiment design method(L9(33))were applied to analyze the influence of factors such as sorts of solvent, temperature and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction percent of the red pigment.Experimental results indicated that temperature significantly affect the extraction percent of the red pigment, acetone was the best solvent with the optimum temperature being 35 ℃,the solid-liquid ratio 1∶5,and the extraction rate of red pigment up to 92.3%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
