Abstract
Optimizing extraction technology of gossypol from cottonseed meals with the hydrochloric acid and 80% ethanol mixed solution by Response Surface Methodology's Box-Behnken mode was studied.A quadratic equations model for gossypol extraction was built and effect of main factors and their corresponding relationships were obtained. The optimal extraction conditions of gossypol from cottonseed meals as follows: extraction temperature 60℃,volume of extractant 26 mL·g-1,hydrochloric acid's concentration 1 mol·L-1,extraction time 3.6 h,extracting times was 1,the yield of gossypol from cottonseed meals by hydrochloric acid and 80% ethanol mixed solution was 8.80 mg·g-1.
