Abstract
To establish the two-dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE) for proteins of mice liver tissue.Extract the soluble proteins of mice liver tissue.The first dimensional electrophoresis was immobilized isoelectric focusing and the second dimensional was vertical SDS-PAGE.A series of important factors,such as sample handling,gel preparation,electrophoresis parameters and so on were optimized.The 2-DE patterns with good feature have been obtained.With optimization of each condition,The technique of 2-DE which has been established is the basis of work later on.
