Abstract
The heavy oil has characteristics of special high viscosity and high freezing point,so there are some technical problems in development and application of the heavy oil.The viscosity reduction technology for the heavy oil with heating technique can result in higher energy loss.In this paper,taking the heavy oil from Jinzhou oil production plant as sample,viscosity reduction test of water soluble emulsified viscosity reducer for the heavy oil was carried out.The results show that when the heavy oil temperature is from 40 ℃ to 80 ℃ and moisture content is 30%,dosage of LJ-2 viscosity reducer is 0.021%,viscosity reduction rate can reach to 70%.The viscosity reduction technology can reduce cost of oil production and save energy consumption greatly.
