Abstract

The paper analyzed the knowledge base of leadership in Chinese cultural context,and proposed it include two dimensions:Virtue and Capability.Then the paper proposed four leadership types based on these two factors:Component Leadership,Righteous Leadership,General Leadership and Aggressive Leadership.From the perspective of knowledge-based,the paper has tried to explore the relation between different leadership types and its social results--its impact on the trust and harmony in organization.
