The influence of neonatal blood gas analysis in cesarean section with general anesthesia

Objective By observing the contrast of cesarean section under general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia neonatal umbilical cord arterial blood gas analysis and Apgar score,Discuss the safety of general anesthesia for cesarean section.Methods 60 patients,ASA physical status 1~2 maternal and no fetal distress before surgery.Divided into three groups: combined spinal-epidural anesthesia group,Propofol + Ketamine group,Propofol + Rui fentanyl group.Observed and recorded the anesthesia and spinal anesthesia for cesarean section in maternal hemodynamic changes,neonatal blood gas analysis and Apgar score.Results The newborn Apgar scores and umbilical arterial blood gas analysis compared no significant difference.Conclusion General anesthesia for cesarean section had no significant effect on the newborn.
