Abstract
Objective To probe into the effect of rehabilitative care for the function recovery of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. Methods Selected January 2011 to December 2011,90 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury in our hospital. The patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly, there were 45 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with conventional care. The patients in intervention group were treated with rehabilitation nursing intervention programs.Compared and analysis the situations of bladder function recovery and clinical indicators of patients in two group. Results Compared with control group, patients intervention group in the grade I rate of recovery of bladder function was significantly improved, and the grade III rate was significantly reduced, there were statistically significant(P0.05).At the same time, compared with control group, patients intervention group self-voiding time was significantly shortened, while the occurrence of renal dysfunction, urinary tract infection, the number of abnormal urography were significantly reduced, there were statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusions Rehabilitative care has an extremely important value of adjuvant therapy for functional recovery of patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury. It needs further promotion and application.
