Abstract

From two aspects of the service for readers and the internal management mechanism of the library,this paper probes into the important significance of the people based conception on the construction of the library,puts forward the proposal of establishing the conception of people-based service and perfecting the people based management mechanism in the library for the purpose of improving library's service and management.
