Abstract
Evolution processes of Luxikou waterway in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are analyzed. The regime of Luxikou waterway is relatively stable in the recent decade because of a decrease in sediment quantity coming from upstream. The evolution tendency of the waterway is predicated, and regulation approaches are put forward.
