Abstract
The anti dumping law of China started in 1990s.Before then,China couldn't protect her legal rights without the relative law when encountered the dumping of foreign products. With the activities that our country took part in the international economic cooperation and development became more and more frequent, the dumping phenomenon of foreign products became more and more serious.Hence the legislation of anti dumping was on its agenda gradually.Today, the anti dumping law of China still has considerable differences with the anti dumping protocol of WTO.Meanwhile, there are still some defects in the aspects of legislation stylistic rules, entity rules and programming rules. These defects should be modified and improved by the anti dumping rule of WTO.
