Ideological and Political Education:the catalyst for Current Employment of College Graduates

Abstract
Through the analyses of the character of present college graduates,the article discusses the function of ideological and political education in employment of college graduates.Educating college graduates in current situation of employment,patriotism,ideal,the view of honor or disgrace,the spirit of pathbreaking,professional morals and legal institutions should be emphasized for improving the percentage of the employment of college graduates for speeding up and promoting the smooth employment of college graduates.
