Abstract
The properties of the novolac epoxy resin modified cyanate ester composites were studied by DSC analysis and tests of viscosity, dielectric property, mechanical property and oil adsorption. The results showed that the modified cyanate resin had low viscosity at 70 ~ 160 ℃.The optimum process was that the starting pressure time was after 125 ~ 130 ℃ for 30 ~ 45 min.The apparent activation energy and reaction order of modified cyanate resin were 60.81 kJ/mol and 0.8846,respectively.The modified cyanate resin had good mechanical properties, dielectric properties and oil resistance.
