Abstract
A statically indeterminate beam composed of three layers with dissimilar materials is analyzed based on the plane cross-section assumption, and the displacement and stress formulae of the beam are obtained. The results obtained in this paper can easily degenerate to those of the statically indeterminate beam with two layers or single layer, and they can also be expanded to the case of the statically indeterminate beam with arbitrary layers.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
