Abstract

This paper analyzes the problems of the logistics management in construction enterprises in China,and puts forward the measures to establish the modern logistics system in construction enterprises such as: establishment of logistics centers,improve the level of information technology and so on.Thereby,improve the construction enterprise's logistics management level and core competitiveness.
